Guarantee Policy

One year guarantee on hardy trees and shrubs. Redbud trees, houseplants, annuals, roses, perennials, Butterfly Bush, grasses, and sale items are not guaranteed. Deer, pests, and extreme weather are not guaranteed. No cash refunds are given. Store credit will be issued.

Hardy trees and shrubs planted by Phantom Gardener have a two year guarantee. Guarantee covers a replacement but does not cover labor to plant replacement trees or shrubs. Store credit will be issues if a replacement plant can not be acquired.

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and are at the discretion of management. All returns must be in new, unused condition. Customer must provide receipt. No cash refunds are given. Store credit will be issued.
